Alzuno is operated by Riam Mistry, trading as Alzuno.
For the purposes of UK data protection law, Riam Mistry is the data controller for personal information processed through Alzuno.

Alzuno is designed to help you track your debt, payments, goals and payday information.
Your debt journey is primarily stored locally on your device. Some information may leave your device when you use optional features such as feedback or optional analytics, and when advertising services are used.
Data Stored on Your Device
Information used to manage your debt journey, including your debt balance, payments, goals, payday settings and preferences, is stored locally on your device.
Alzuno does not require you to create an account to use the app.
Optional Analytics
When you complete onboarding, Alzuno may ask whether you would like to share limited analytics to help improve the app.
If you choose Allow, Alzuno may send your selected main goal, starting debt amount, selected currency and an anonymous event if you complete your debt journey.
Journey completion reporting does not include your name, email address, debt balance, payment history or payday information.
You can change your optional analytics choice at any time from the Privacy screen in Alzuno. Turning optional analytics off stops future optional analytics from being submitted.
Turning optional analytics off does not delete information that was previously submitted.
Feedback
If you choose to submit feedback through Alzuno, the feedback you enter is sent to us.
You may also provide an email address when submitting feedback. Providing an email address is optional and may be used to respond to your feedback or support request.
Feedback submissions and optional email addresses are transmitted only when you choose to submit the form.
How Submitted Data Is Stored
Feedback and optional analytics are submitted using Google infrastructure, including Google Apps Script and Google Sheets.
This information is used to review feedback, understand broad usage patterns and measure anonymous journey completions.
Alzuno does not sell this information or use it for third-party advertising.
Advertising
Alzuno uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may process information such as your IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, advertising data, interactions with ads, and diagnostic or performance information.
Alzuno does not pass your debt balances, payment history, manually entered debt descriptions, payoff goals or payday information to Google for ad targeting.
Depending on your location, consent choices and applicable settings, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized or limited ads.
Privacy Choices
Where required, Alzuno presents advertising consent choices before requesting ads.
If Google requires a privacy options entry point for your device or region, you can review or change your advertising privacy choices from Profile > Privacy Choices in the app.
Bank Accounts and Debt Pot
Alzuno does not connect to your bank account and cannot access, transfer or move your money.
Any debt payments, debt amounts, payday information or amounts you choose to set aside in a separate debt pot are managed by you outside Alzuno and recorded manually where applicable.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Alzuno may schedule local notifications on your device.
Notification permission can be changed at any time through your iPhone settings.
Sharing Your Data
Alzuno does not sell your personal or financial information.
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate Alzuno, including Google infrastructure used for feedback and optional analytics, and Google Mobile Ads for advertising.
Your manually entered debt information is not provided to advertisers for ad targeting.
Deleting Your Data
You can remove your locally stored debt journey using Reset My Journey from the Profile screen.
Deleting Alzuno from your device may also remove locally stored app data.
Reset My Journey does not remove feedback or optional analytics that were previously submitted.
You can stop future optional analytics at any time by turning Optional Analytics off in the Privacy screen.
Why We Use Information
Alzuno uses information only for the purposes described in this policy.
Optional analytics are processed only when you choose to allow them. The lawful basis for this processing is your consent.
Feedback and any optional contact details you submit are used to respond to feedback, provide support and improve Alzuno. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and improving the app for this processing.
Advertising-related information is handled as described in the Advertising section and consent choices are provided where required.
How Long We Keep Information
Debt journey information stored locally on your device remains there until you reset your journey, delete the app or otherwise remove the data.
Feedback, optional contact details and optional analytics are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Information is reviewed and may be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
Anonymous or aggregated statistics that no longer identify an individual may be kept for longer.
Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis being used, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, and the right to object to certain processing.
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. You can stop future optional analytics by turning Optional Analytics off in the Privacy screen.
Because Alzuno does not require an account and optional analytics are not submitted with your name or email address, we may not always be able to identify a particular anonymous analytics record as belonging to you.

If you have concerns about how Alzuno handles your personal information, please contact us first so we can investigate.
You also have the right to raise a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
